Our story
In 2014 we founded Call Sifu in Hong Kong to fix a supply-demand mismatch: customers had urgent needs but couldn't find reliable providers, and skilled workers couldn't reach customers. But once we were actually operating, we learned that matching is only the beginning — the hard part is everything that happens after the match.
Deals taken off-platform, providers listed at peak who don't actually accept, no-shows and last-minute cancellations, and the follow-up, rescheduling, and disputes that sit between "an order placed" and "a job properly delivered" — these are problems you only meet by actually operating, and they forced us to connect order status, provider vetting, payment loops, reviews, and back-office monitoring into one operating foundation. The 600,000+ orders processed and 11,000+ verified providers built over 11 years are that foundation proven again and again in a real market — not a lab product.
Today we've productized that success — so more businesses can launch their own service marketplace faster, standing on a proven foundation.
