The theme of the competition is to depict the life of a pet owner with his/ her pets and to show the owner's love and care for their pets. The Department hopes to create a platform for Hong Kong residents to share their tips on animal care through this competition. In addition, we hope to promote responsible pet ownership, adoption and neutering through this competition.
